i had porridge
pumpkin porridge
it’s been ages since i had porridge
pumpkin porridge is good good
of course when i said i ate porridge

it helps with swelling if you eat a good amount
everything in moderation
i usually add cheese and two rice cake balls
but today just plain porridge
should i recommend a chicken breast brand?
i usually eat hankkitongsal or that sous-vide one from convenience stores
as for eggs, just whatever… they’re all the same

since turning 20, i started breaking out a bit more
especially during promo periods, i have makeup on
for most of the 24 hours
so my skin gets worse...
i had really clear skin since my teens
i go to the dermatologist often too but
what’s more important than that

even just washing your face well helps a lot
and if you still get breakouts or texture, it’s usually sleep deprivation or other external factors..
like me right now ㅠㅡㅠ
as for cleansing products
i’m currently using stuff i got from a japan trip
i use foam cleansers too
and muhwa butter hehe
for masks, i prefer doing them the night before rather than in the morning
anyway, i’m heading to sleep now… before my lesson 🫠
