i fought with type a flu
last night…. i don't know how many times i high-fived the grim reaper

and they said my fever was 39 degrees

so they said i had to get a flu test, so i did

so i was like, ah, that's a relief, and got an iv drip, so i thought i'd get better
but that night
i woke up every hour at dawn
and they said i was groaning all night
so the next day i went to the hospital again

the doctor
said that it might have come out negative because it was in the early stages,
so if it gets worse tomorrow, let's test again
so the next day i went to the hospital when it opened and they took my temperature
my fever was still high so
